    APP not working properly since the update and bug

    Hi. The app has not been working properly since the update 2 days ago and the league fixtures bug at start of season, it's becoming unplayable nothing is loading properly, videos not working, the game has become so laggy and things keep disappearing and unable to access. I've cleared cache, uninstalled app. Nothings working. Is this a known issue?

    Yes of course, Android on a phone, pc, iOS on an apple phone the one I always used to play...

    Keep saying can’t connect to the server...

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times...

    Nothing

    Very strange have Nordeus got back to you, I don't even know how to report a problem. The in app support is awful. You can't message anyone apart from a AI assistant who doesn't answer questions then ends conversation

    I contacted them already several time but a part that we are looking to it didn’t get anything else...

    Someone in the official forum is looking to it...

    Hope you get it sorted out, I know I'm having to close the app quite a bit and reopen it to stop the lagging but at least I can still play the game in a fashion, so I really hope you get it sorted and you can enjoy the game again
