Laged to buy player I didnt want to buy.

I was fixing my team morale, had a player on Loan from "Mourinho victory tour". When I wanted to fix that player morale, game laged and I bought that ****y 28 years old player for more than 500 tokens. I wanted to fix his morale, didnt want to buy. Can I have my tokens back, It is not my mistake, game is laging all the time?

I did send my issue to support, but like last BUG with double amr position training, I did not get answear and that issue did not fixed after a month.

No response from support team. They ignore me.
