auction problem help

:mad: i don't know why but, during an auction, when i make an offer the server takes too many seconds to accept my request so i bet for a player but i will lose it a few second after because i can't continue the auction (i lost token too this way). Then there is another problem: during an auction the countdown ends unexpectedly (for example from 20 seconds to 0 in a moment). Please help me :(

either you have a slow device,slow internet or a bad connection to your server.

for the first problem you may be right...but the second?

I would suggest it was the same for the second problem :( your connection lagged and skipped numbers on the countdown, I get that every so often aswel :(
