The latest update,as I can see in my device, in google play store,is made on Sept.15th.

I clear cache of the app, on my phone,by this way:
Settings---->Apps--->Find Top Eleven--->Storage--->Clear Cache

Unfortunately,I've little to no knowledge about iOS,so I can't help you much here.

You use the (?) in game as a way to reach out the top eleven players support.Describe your issue there as detailed as possible.You should get an answer back within 48h.In general,support will be able to look at your issue and assist you furthermore.
