Didn’t receive my 7 rest package from ground building

Today I didn’t receive my 7 rest pack from ground building.
Before I check the assistant, I have 52 rest pack.
After a new game day update and I should receive 7 rest pack (4 days gift) but I didn’t, even the windows show it has be release.

In fact it was happened several times in last season.
Please kindly check this BUG and release my 7 rest pack return to me soon
