Can't supporting other managers

I'm manager level 2 and i can't watch other games in league,cup and champions league.

I have only a message "no games right now" and i don't know why?

I can see the kick off time in the cup but at this time my list is empty. [emoji17]
Last day we had the first round in the cup and i can't support other managers.
I can only see the result of the games.

Sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Do you know since when did this start happening? And please DM me your Manager ID so that we can investigate.

Since i started with the game a few days ago.
It was the end of the last season.

Today it works a little bit better!
Now i can watch some matches but please investigate it.
Maybe it works not to 100% correct.
