Won the league but no tokens from association

Hi , my friend and I won the league but neither of us received tokens from association , we have different associations but my asso ranked up to gold 2 and his asso stayed in platinium , so it should give us the tokens .

The ingame support doesn't do anything. I got the same answer twice, but still no token. It's just ridiculous, I don't even know what to do. It's been almost a week now and still quite many players, me included, did not receive their association rewards.

My Team (Hearts of Oak FC) won the League and my Association (The Jambo Giants) was promoted to Platinum Division

No Tokens Awarded
Similar but not exactly the same as last seasons' problem

I sent some negotiations in the last week of the season and I think they timed out. Instead of refunding me the tokens, it charged me the offer price again, leaving me on over -8 tokens.Now I have - 2 tokens. I can’t make any signings for the new season. I won the league and no rewards from association. I even reported this bug and given my email. ckinigo@gmail.com
