**A premium special sponsor reward went missing after claimed***

Hi, I trained one of my youth academy player with 'Youth academy overall coach x 12' that I claimed from referral task completion.
Then, I reached level 17 of special sponsor and claimed the premium special sponsor reward 'Youth academy overall coach x 12' but the reward did not appear in the youth academy tab.
I tried switching other youth academy players but the reward still went missing.
I already tried contact Nordeus Support,but last time I made report they replied after 2 weeks.
Did anyone face this kind of problem?
