Association games match result error

Won the association semi first league 6-1 but after all all 6games ended.. My scoreline was blanked. Total points only 15 instead of 18.

After reporting to support via app"?",the scoreline becomes 1-0.

What if the total points are tie and goal difference is at my association team disadvantage?

Still there is no response from Nordeous yet. Unable to open up match fixture at all.
