This is a Windows error, the 100% cpu one. Download Malwarebytes too and try to clean your PC, but I had this issue time ago... if I'm right it was fixed by accepting one of the Windows Defender updates...Quote:

These guys are saying the truth. Web version is not optimized and consuming much more sources than similar app/games.
