Can't send symbal

right from buying he has to select 'send' in order to give it as a gift.
When he did anything else, keeping it for a moment or logging-off, the option to give it as a gift isn't available anymore

But I do it! When I buy the symbol I try to send ! But have only put or sell ! Plz help !!
