Carnival challenge problems

Dear Sirs, I have big problems with Carnival challenge. Two times I wasted my attempts again the Carnival team on level 2 because my games were not loaded. And when I try to see the strength of the Carnival tram before the game, I see that this team is much stronger then my team. Please resolve this problem and give me my 2 free attempts back.

Same here, please, i made my first match but it's was impossible to launch the game, it said "the game will appear in results, it's finished" but wtf and i lost it apparently ! Give me back my first tentative please
