Can not close ads

Hi, I view ads every day but since yesterday after watching it I can not close it. There is no X button to close it.
Today I updated Top eleven and the problem is still there.
Is play top eleven from an IPad Air 3.

ah this ads is really a joke, after countdown expires then your top11 will have popups of appstore of the state survival which you have to close and then only the X button will appear on top right (where the countdown are before)
maybe your phone/top11 apps didnt allow external apps to popup from it hence why yours are stuck here but i hate this ads too, it force your appstore to open in the top11 game. dafuq?
