Seeing as there's a topic about negotiations, I am looking at selling my DC at some point during the season. I have trained him now to the point where he is now 1 SP off Q40 (he is Q39). Seeing as I think I will make more off negotiations now than putting him on auction, am I right in thinking he should appear on level 4 negotiation lists now (I'm level 6)?

I did buy a 31yo Q39 GK as a free transfer who was one off a Q40 and someone came in with a negotiation offer (which I accepted) but can't remember what level the buying player was.
