can't see my friend game match schedule

I cannot see my friend game match schedule and also my friend cannot see my match schedule.
the other problem is I cannot not received my friend all gift but i have their notice, finally I click the received button when it is not any effect on the no. of gift. Thank you for solve the problem as soon as possible.

This is because you are on different servers to each other, so you can't see your friends fixtures.
