bug with negotiation from team with negative balance

When bidd for player with negotiation and team who owns the player has a negative financial balance 6 days in next you will not get back your tokens and you will loose all your tokens that you have.at least so far nordeus support can not understand that this is a bug but I knew losing 31 tokens making offer to team with negative balance.I hope they find that once this bug exists and fix it.I read that Nordeus support always answer and its true but they not always solve problems...
