Unused Kick Around ticket claimed from special sponsor MISSING

I have completed the tasks from the special sponsor such that my progress this season is enough to claim the Kick Around ticket reward
I have claimed the ticket a few days ago when the Kick Around Event was online but I did not use the ticket
Then the Kick Around Event was offline and now becomes online again
BUT MY UNUSED TICKET IS MISSING NOW:mad:
WHY IT DISAPPEARS EVEN WHEN I DID NOT USE IT?:mad:

I've also won tickets after the event, complained several times and received standard responses from useless crap support. Forget.
