Draw Frenzy - Can't claim 'Pack level' rewards

I have won a pack level 1 and pack level 2 but I'm unable to claim them because the game crashes. I assume these have been replaced by the token pack rewards.

Not necessarily a bug but I feel the probability of getting a red card is higher than normal. I've played 4 games and barely won anything before the cost to buy in became into the dozens of tokens. Wish I was joking but I got consecutive red cards on levels 11, 12, 13 and 14.

I think this may be fixed now, I was able to claim the rewards eventually.
