One team, as caprain i can not change tactics or players

There is no moderator of the game reacting to any of this?

i changed lineup and formation, no problem, playing on android

I had same problem and I quess it depends on how long you are captain. When I was given captaincy just few hours before the match, then during the match I wasn't able to change anything. And also after the match my name even wasn't among the fans watching the match. But now, when I'm captain for a longer time, it all works.
