NOW: any friend can play match with your team any time. When friend want, friendly match is playd.
(he lost you play important match and you players will be tired befor you play important matchsor same players can be injured)
Better: you must (manager) accept all friendly matchs

Well it was not like that before too? I don't see anything changed. They are working on something to "fix" this but nobody can tell you when it will be done.
