Connecting to game server

Since 3 days ago i still unable to connect to my TOP Eleven Frm my mobile ANDROID, i miss all my cup match bull****. error connecting to server, but able to connect via wifi..what the hell is this..hw many time do i need to contact nordeus..please get me a solution.

Im Using Samsung Note 2...Please dont say my mobile is having a data plan problem..im able to surf other websites.....
