Always 20% of possesion

I still don't know why I have always 20% of possesion only. Even when I play against someone who has less level than me, I never touch the ball. I'm a bit frustrated. It is impossible to play like this.

This will be coz you are playing an illegal formation!

Post a screenshot of your formation so I can suggest on how to make it legal.

Why does my team only get 20% possession of the ball? (Illegal Formations)

This is mainly because you are currently using what is considered an illegal formation, to avoid this 20% possession, you need to have at least the following in your stating line-up:

- Goalkeeper (Obivously)
- 3 Defenders (green players) in any of the 5 defender slots
- 1 or 2 players on each side on the left and right of the field, If you choose 3 sided players its Illegal again.
- 1 Striker (red player)

I had 1 goalkeeper, 5 defenders, just 2 in the middlefield (I couldn't have more, I had a lot of players injured) and 3 strikers. I supose it was for the middlefield :P
I'll try a new formation, thanks for the information :P

Well 2 midfielders are enough,maybe you didn't had a player on both side or a player out of he's possition.

I don't think this is correct. After reading all of the posts from the illegal formation thread it appears that "You need three midfielders (yellow dots), and at least one of them has to be a (DML, DMC, DMR, ML, MC or MR)".

The formation in question 5-2-3 has been played many times by the members and from what I have seen it has received 20% possession each time.
Player out of position should not result in 20% possession unless it's a GK.
