Server down / lost bid / reset player auction time

WTF TOP ELEVEN, I lost token cuz your server are dumb. Is not fair, why i bet token then i'm not qualified in initial round??? u want only money but cant invers in some good servers.
I dont get it...why??? why are servers so bad??? why u dont do anything?

and most important
WHY WHEN U MAKE MISTAKES ON MY MONEY I'M NOT REMUNERATE?
is not the first time when this is hapen and i guess is not last. GIVE MY TOKENS BACK FOR ALL "SERVER DOWN ****" if u care about your players!!!!

happens to me all the time, they advice that you refresh your browser often etc etc but it makes little difference. every once in a while the bidding system goes crazy and you lose your tokens and the chance at a player. If you've bought tokens it costs you real money in the process but of course they wont reimburse you. Its buyer beware when it comes to faulty online games I guess. you just have to be as careful as possible refreshing your browser very close to the end of the initial bidding phase to reduce the chances but it still happens
