But that rivalry is nothing like our one with Celtic!! Being in the same city it really does affect every normal day life.
I've spent some time living in Scotland, (small little place few miles East of Glasgow beginning with E), (now there's a city rivalry if there ever was one)).

I'm normally comfortable talking football and football politics about any clubs, but the Old Firm rivalry, really has no equals. I've never known football to be so tied up with religion and politics and being in Glasgow after an Old Firm match is really not something to recommend. Even the ferries back to Ireland have to be separated. But damn, what passion, what love the supporters show for the clubs. To my mind these are the most passionate supporters in the world.

Will be interesting to see what happens in a couple of seasons when Rangers get back where they belong in the top flight again. I think Rangers have every right to settle a few scores, (on the pitch), with the rest of the SPL.
