How to face this tactic? (3N 2N 3W 2)

Tonight I'm playing to take/let go the lead in my competition.
I've never seen this tactic before and I'm not sure how to face it in the best way.

I was thinking about a 4-5-1 Vstyle. Blue arrows for every defender and DMC.
Defensive attitude, attack on wings, pressure on own half, play counter, no off-side

What would you guys do/change to my thoughts? (tactic + orders please)

V-style can surely help you to win, because he has no DR or DL, so it would be easy to cut through his defence, but don't use blue arrows on anyone in my opinion.
