How to beat 4-3-1-2 - weaker team ?

Hi guys,

I want to ask you if there are some ways to beat this formation. My opponent is weaker than me. In the first match in Champion's league he beat me with 2:0. I have looked for more information about him and I understand that he is on first place in his league with no looses. His formation is 4-3-1-2 and it look something like this:

3-1-4-1-1, normal mentality, mixed focus, own half, short passing, zonal. Or 4-4-2 narrow diamond

OK I will try it, but I need more goals, because the first match I Lost with 2:0. Do you think that this is exact formation.

Can you tell me how exactly looks like this formation ? (For example: 3-DC in deffence or 1DR-1DC-1DL)

I prefer to use 4-4-2 narrow diamond. Attacking mentality, through the middle, own half, short passing, zonal marking.
