orders for 3w-1-4-2 ?

anyone with suggesting for orders to play this formation .. not to counter it PLS

Not sure .. but when i use 3N-1-4-2 ny order are normal mentality, down both flanks, own half, long passing, zonal marking. No counter attack/offside trap. Up to ML/MR. I think its same with 3 wide at the back.
