My Opponent uses 4-3n-3 and all 3 of his strikers are scout levels...
and 1 scout midfielder rest are of 5 stars...
so shall I use 3n-1-4-1-1 or 3n-4-1-2 or 4n-1-3w-2 ..any help is greatly accepted !!

3 player on the back r too risky. Play with 4 on the back ;) I prefer to use 4-1-4-1 motivated.
