Tonight I've got semi final champions league I play against this formation

What formation should I use? and what Team Orders should I give?

3-1-4-2, normal mentality, mixed focus, own half, short passing, zonal.

did it work?

didn't I lost :/

i used 4411 and won( normal,mix,mix, own half,normal) and the second match i used 442 classic and lost.
