How to beat this formation? 4-3-1-2

How to beat a formation like this with 3-0 , 4-1 or more. Because I lost the first match with 4-1 in CL. I am playing at home.

It will be difficult to scores 3 goals. But to win, you can try 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond / 3-1-2-2-2 v style. I prefer to v style, defensive mentality, down both flanks with long passing + counter attack.
