I counter that formation with a 4-3(MC)-2(AML/AMR)-1, attacking mentality, attack both flanks, press whole field, counter OFF, offside OFF but you dont have the players to use this formation.
With you squad i would go for a 4-1 (DMC)-3(MC-MC-MR)-1(AML)-1, red arrows on MR/AML, attacking mentality, attack both flanks, press whole field, counter OFF, offside OFF and hope for the best
