Weird 4-2-2W-1-1?? Help Anyone??

Im Playing Final CL tonight againts this never seen before 4-2-2W-1-1 formation. What formation do you guys think will work to counter this?
his team is better than mine by 2.8 (46 vs 48.8)

Try 3N-1-4-2. Attack through the middle with mixed passing

Dont take my advice I'm still learning but for the pros will a 4-1-3N-2 be better? wing backs cut off his ml/mr and dmc for amc and 3mcs exploit his lack of mcs to gain ball possession....? still learning to counter.
