try 4-5-1V, red on AML/AMR (and sometimes on DR/DL),also you can set blue on DC's, mix passing focus on sides,normal tackling,zonal,and what about attacking it depends on your opponent, use normal or normal attacking not hard... you must try every thing with orders so you will know what will be got choice for you
