Your strongest formation is to put all your best players in their own position, as long as it is not illegal formation.

I ever beat this assymetric 3-5-2 who had the same quality as mine. I won 4-0.
I used 4-3W-1-2 with attacking, through the middle, mixed passing, normal tackle, whole pitch, zonal marking. Red arrow for ML,MR,AMC.
No counter and offside trap
