Last season, I was quite successful using

ST - ST

ML - MC - MC - MR
DMC
DC - DC - DC

Red arrows on ML and MR
Set offside trap
Full pitch pressing
Focus Passing down both flanks
Zonal Marking
For stronger opponents - Hard Tackling - otherwise normal

I have used 3-1-4-2 but lost 1-3 away. Perhaps 3-1-5-1 will be more efficient
