I can't tell you waht to do but I can tell you from my experience what worked best for me; Last game of the last season (level 24) which decided who will be 1st and who 2nd in the League, I needed to use a certain formation with 4 midfielders, like you need now. I had only 3 midfielders, so I used 3 of them and the AMC with blue arrows instead the one I was missing. I was also one striker short, so I used another AMC this time with red arrows, bellow the striker position I needed him to be at. Worked out great! Even tho I only won 1-0, it could easily be 3 or 4-0 for me as he had absolutely no chances and low possession.

But now that I see what you're up against, I would use 4-5V-1 and you said u have 2 AMC which is perfect!
