What's wrong with this picture?

Hello everybody.I'm playing 3-2-2-1-2,attacking mentality with mixed passing,own half pressing and mixed passing style.Because of 3 defenders,I'm playing offside trap.Teams with little less quality then mine easily beat me,although I have iniciative,and more strikes within goal,but most of those strikes are blocked by their defenders(and other players)and they easily neutralize my attacks although they do not posses the quality of my attackers.Teams with less quality then mine easily get a draw.Any ideas what to change,and how to allocate arrows?

I'm guessing use attacking mentality with pressing all over will be better

attacking mentality with off side with 3 defenders only?i thing here you have problem, tell us how you use the arrows??

Pressing all over?I could try,of course,but I've never heard,on any forum, someone actually used it.@ahmadowskianaya,what do you mean,is attacking mentality problem or off side?I have red arrows on DML/DMR,blue on one MC and red on other,blue on DC's,and red on AMC.

its not good when you use alot of arrows,and when you use off side you must faster players from his strikers.and it make more chance to get goals.i never used it,and in every season(league) i get max 16 goals. try blue on middle DC (DML/DMR with blue if he have AML/AMR),red on one of your ST. when you use red arrows on dml/dmr with offside its enough for the opponent to get a counter attack and it goal...

What do you mean "alot"?How much arrows is "alot?My defenders are much faster then their strikers,cause like I said,my team is better(for example,my DC has 5 stars and opponent's striker 4 stars).
