How to beat 4-3W-1-2 ?

Hi guys,
Today I lost against weaker player. His formation was 4-3W-1-2. I saw in the general post how to beat this formation. It is written that the exact formation to counter it is 4-1-4-1, but I lost with 2:1. Can you give me other ideeas how to beat him, because in my league there are players with the same formations.
