Best Orders for 4-3-1-2 and 4-1-3-2

Hi,

Any recommendations/suggestions for the orders (mentality, passing, etc.) of the given lineup? Much better for attacking purposes.

You could suggest the arrows (up or down) needed for certain player position.

I am very interested too by the orders for the 4-1-3-2 (with 3MCs) model.
Is it better long or mixed passing ? Someone tested it ??
