I need advice about this formation !

Can I beat him easily with a 3-4-3 formation? . If not, give me advice on tactics

You'll gain possession cuz you'll beat his center.But be sure you'll stop his AMC's.So put one DMC for sure.

i think you shoul use 2 dmc,aso this is the formation
