how to counter against 3-4-1-2 more stronger than me,and 3scout and many sp.ablity?

hello....

I am 2nd in league and first team is more stronger than me!he is 31.4 and mine is 23.5!he has 3 scout in his team and has many players with special abilities....


Our match is about 5-6 days later,and i think i can buy 1-or-2 players until that day.....and maybe can improve my quality 2-3 upper....but i think its not enough!im right?
He plays this shape of 3-4-1-2:

What formation should i use??

I dont know the narrow diamond and so....

Please give me a shape....
I usually play 4-1-2-2-1 and 3-2-2-2-1
