since you have a lot of free kick specialist, you better choose the biggest attacking skills avarage (especially shooting and finishing)
but it will be to risky if you play this formation againts 4-4-2 narrow diamond.
and the second formation to play 4-5-1 v Style which is powerfull to play attacking down both flank.

you got some serious diversity there, as someone above said, check out ur opponents formation, check out the counter formation and base your choice on that. Its never great to stick to one formation as people will try to counter it, i know i do.
Butterfly or 4-5-1V works for me very well... but it dependa on your opponents' formation
here we cant help you on 100%, i can suggest you 442 classic or 451V or 442ND, you are manager so try untill you find the best tactic for your team
What is the issue with your results though? Are you conceding too many? Scoring too few? Constant poor performances? It's hard to tell where you need to improve without the issue at hand.
Also, your tactics/formation seem very attacking .. I bet you concede a lot.
