how to beat 3N-1-3-3?

it is an extremely offensive formation . i have better team and i need a formation to beat it.

it looks like this :

Put blue arrows on your DMC, red arrows on the other midfielders and on the striker.

i am level 15 and i know this formation wont work so i ask for good formation.that is just my formation after other match. health pack can be used if necessary.
