ok.... so my opponent who is in second place thinks he is cute and is trying to play I reckon with 5 defenders at back and 5 defending midfield... looks like this:
DL-DC-DC-DC-DR
DML-DMC-DMC-DMC-DMR
and he's got a few bought scouts at league level 1... however, I got the better quality team and i'm playing at home.
is that even allowed or he is simply messing around with me brain?

It's not allowed, it's an illegal formation.
He might change it in the last few minutes so that you don't know what his real formation is.
i'm suspecting he is playing for a draw.. if that was the case.. how do you beat that formation? or at least how can I counter it? lol
and if that was the case what is the last time before a match you change a formation? is it 5 minutes before start?
You can change formation 5 minutes before the match.
You can use anything really.. something attacking would do.
