3-5-2 flat = 3W-5-2 or 3N-5-2 ? (urgent please)

I have to play against a very strong squad today and the best formation to play against this team is a 3-5-2 flat formation.
But I wonder what is a 3-5-2 flat formation. Is it 3W-5-2 or is it 3N-5-2 ?

If 3N-5-2 doesn't work then switch to 3W-5-2, simple.
