Need help to setup 3n-1-4-2

So i play VS 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow and the best formation i can do is 3-1-4-2. But how do i need to setups this formation red arrows on lm/rm? Playstyle exc.

I use 3N-1-4-2 with this setup:

-Red arrows on ML and MR
-Normal mentality
-Down both flanks
-Mixed/short passing
-Pressing own half
-Normal tackling
-Zonal
-No counter or offside trap
