Need help to setup 3n-1-4-2

I use 3N-1-4-2 with this setup:

-Red arrows on ML and MR
-Normal mentality
-Down both flanks
-Mixed/short passing
-Pressing own half
-Normal tackling
-Zonal
-No counter or offside trap

4-4-2 Id go with something similiar to 3N-1-4-2 formation.

4-1-2-1-2 ND Go with:
-Normal mentality
-Through middle
-Mixed/short passing
-Pressing own half
-Normal tackling
-Zonal
-No counter or offside trap

If you prefer Defensive mentality, use counter attack
