Choice to counter 3w-1-3n-1-2

Hello guys,

Today I play in CL with a stronger team which uses this formation (3w-1-3n-1-2). I lost first match 3-2 (at home). I'm playing 2nd level and my team is 20, his team is 24.

I'm gonna use experience of guys above and play 3N-1-2-3W-1.


Still,
If you can help with any advice - I'd appreciate it a lot, as I really want to win!)

Questions:
And I'm curious, what arrows I can put? Right and left forwards?
I don't have enough MC (injuries), I want to put DC to the position of DMC, and another DC to MC. Will be it critically bad?
