How to counter this formation 4-1MC-2AMC-3ST ?

I will face a team with this formation

This is the first time I encounter a team with that kind of formation. This team has a really good records (W-W-W-W-W) and when I saw his previous matches, he always win by at least 3 goals.. By looking at the formation and the the amount of goals he scored, he is most likely to use attacking mentality.

What do you guys think about this formation? What kind of formation and team order that I should use to counter this formation?
