How to counter this 4 3 1 2 in Champions League Semi Finals?

i have my Champions League Semi Finals match tomorrow, and i wanted to ask you if my formation is a good one to counter this formation of my enemy:

HIS FORMATION:

MY FORMATION:

DR-DC-DC-DL -> DC's got blue arrows

MR---MC--ML
-----AMC----

I play with attacking, short passes, own half, passing through middle, normal tackling, no offside/Counter, zonal marking


His team is like 3-4 points stronger in average than mine.

Any idea how to improve my tactic ??

i really have to get the cup this month!!!!
